A hardworking man was seen carrying five bags of rice on his head during offloading.

A colleague helped the man lift the rice bags he had carried on his head.

A video shared by Aloyska showed that the man worked at a warehouse where rice is sold.

After the bags of rice were loaded on his head, the man walked into another section of the warehouse and dropped them.

His hustling spirit in the TikTok video has inspired many, but some people advised the man to take things easy.

The cost of rice recently went up in Nigeria, with one bag going for as high as R908 - R1.2k for the foreign one.

Local rice was sold for R603 - R724 per bag at some points.
