ICE CREAM CAKE: A SIMPLE AND WASTE-FREE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of ice cream (500g)
  • 1.75 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Materials

  • Electric whisk
  • Loaf pan

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Place the ice cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soften. Then, whisk the ice cream to loosen it (be careful, it should not melt).

  • Step 2:

    Add the flour and the baking powder, and mix well.

  • Step 3:

    Pour into a greased loaf pan.

  • Step 4:

    Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

  • Step 5:

    And there you have it, your ice cream cake is ready!
